/About
A quieter way to look after yourself.
We started this practice because most advice asks too much, too fast. Here you can slow down, be heard, and change one small thing at a time.
/Our story
We began by listening, and we still start there.
For years we watched capable people run on empty, told to do more and rest less. We wanted somewhere slower, where you could say what feels tangled without being rushed towards an answer.
Every session is led by the same person, from the first conversation to the last check-in. That continuity is the point: we get to know you, and the plan grows with you.

/What we believe
Four things we hold to.
They shape every session, whether we meet one-to-one or in a small circle.
Listen first.
We hear the whole picture before we suggest anything at all.
Start small.
One change you can keep is worth more than ten you cannot.
Body and mind, together.
How you sleep, move and breathe shapes how you think and feel.
Progress over perfection.
Missed days are part of it. We return to the plan, without blame.
/How we work
How we work together.
Tell us what’s tangled.
A first, unhurried conversation about what feels heavy and what you would like to feel instead.
Choose where to begin.
Together we pick one place to start: one-to-one coaching, a small circle or the six-week programme.
Unwind, one thread at a time.
Small steps, regular check-ins and room to adjust as life changes around you.
/Where we meet
Two rooms in London.
Small, quiet and easy to reach. The schedule shows which room each session uses.

/Say hello
Come and say hello.
A first conversation is unhurried and comes with no commitment. Bring whatever feels tangled.
